1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 2:00 PM EST] will be processed the next business day.

  • During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally where available.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or additional local fees

Vero Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


4. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vero Design Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact Support@VeroDesignCo.net - within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact Support@VeroDesignCo.net - within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or resolution.
