Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before the item ships. To cancel, email Returns@VeroDesignCo.net with your order number.

If a preorder's estimated ship window changes significantly, we will notify you by email, and you may keep your order or cancel for a full refund.

Once a preorder ships, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
